Hi, I'm Julia. Thank you for your interest in counselling and coaching with me. I’m a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means I follow an ethical framework ensuring your safety and wellbeing is at the heart of our work.


I am an ILM endorsed Life Coach, I take a Person-Centred theoretical approach providing the right environment for you to thrive by understanding, valuing and accepting you for who you are.


Often coaching and counselling work together seamlessly so we can use the right type of therapy when you need it. I also offer Rewind therapy for flashbacks, triggers and intrusive thoughts.
